If your plans change and you will not be able to attend after you register, we would appreciate you letting us know in advance, so we may have an accurate headcount for meals.
Bylaws – Article VII, Section 1(c) states “Two unexcused absences from meetings of the Board of Directors in any one year shall result in automatic expulsion from the Board. An excused absence shall be granted only by the President.” president@tfrw.org

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
You may contact the TFRW office by phone at 512-477-1615 or email at tfrw@tfrw.org. TFRW office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds will be given for cancellations; however, name changes will be allowed. All name changes must be received by TFRW in writing by mail or email. Email name change requests to tfrw@tfrw.org, or mail them to TFRW, PO Box 171146, Austin, Texas 78717-0041. Changes in hotel reservations must be handled with the hotel directly.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Presenting your printed ticket or your ticket on your mobile device will expedite check-in by scanning the QR code on your ticket. If you haven't done so already, create an account with Eventbrite. Download the Eventbrite app on your mobile device, and login to your account to access your ticket.

Can I update my registration information?
You may change your registration information if you made an incorrect selection on your registration or desire to change your breakout selection. No changes in registration information will be allowed after January 20, 2020.
Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
The name on your ticket must match the person who attends.
